The money questions
Why are seats free when everyone else charges per seat?
Because a five person team is not five times the load on our servers. Charging per seat pushes you to share one login, which breaks the audit trail and makes the product worse. What we meter is the thing that actually costs us money: model work.
What counts as an AI run?
One pass of the assistant over a conversation — it reads, looks things up and writes a draft. Reading your website when you create a site counts too, except for the first read, which is free. Human replies, chat, email, replay, analytics and storage do not count at all.
What happens when the monthly allowance runs out?
The assistant stops and says so; everything else keeps running. Chat, email, replay and analytics are not affected, and your team answers as usual. The allowance resets each month, or you can move up a plan.
Do sites share the allowance?
Yes. Plans are per account, not per site — you can run ten sites on one plan and they draw from the same monthly allowance. Adding a site never costs anything.
Can I cancel?
Yes, and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for. After that the account falls back to Free, with the smaller allowances; nothing is deleted for being on Free.
